Privacy Principles
It is the policy of The Bank of West Baton Rouge that both the
financial records of our customers and the relationships between the Bank
and our customers are confidential. A customers business is discussed only
when necessary with only those employees with a need to know.
The Bank recognizes and respects the privacy expectations of our customers. All employees must understand and abide by this principle, and should convey this principle to the customer both by treating the customers business transactions with confidentiality and by explaining the Banks principles in an appropriate fashion.
The Bank will collect and use information about individual customers only where the Bank reasonably believes it would be allowed by law and would be useful in administering that customers business and providing products, services, and other opportunities to customers.
Specific information about customer accounts or other personally identifiable data will not be released to third parties unless the information is provided to help complete a customer-initiated transaction, the customer requests it, the disclosure is required by/or allowed by law, or the customer has been informed about the possibility of such disclosure through a prior communication and is given the opportunity to decline.
Any questions concerning this should be directed to Ronnie Stephens at (504) 387-0011.
